Steering wheel bumping noise

One cold morning I took the '13 Sonata out and started hearing this whenever I turned the wheel semi-abruptly. You can hear in the video around the 0:04 second mark it's pretty prominent. It seems to be coming from the left front area / steering column, but I also hear it whenever I go over a bump that affects the axle/wheel. When it got warmer, the noise was less prominent, but not sure that has anything to do with it. Maybe it's just harmless play in the column. It's at about 22k miles. Forgive the sandals, I was lazy.

Turns out to be a steering coupler that's in the motor. A $5 small plastic wheel that has teeth and it has worn down. Known issue - $400 replacement job at the dealer, but under warranty.
