ahh, missed it.
i did search "Surplus Computers" though.

Those handcuffs are NOT any good. They can be opened without using the key and the chain links are not welded - so they can be pulled apart with minimal effort.

I bought a pair of the exact same handcuffs for $5 for this past Halloween at my local costume shop..

I remember having a pair like this... just used a coat hanger to open once I lost the key
