A lot of pro-Steam users on here say that not having to have the CD's is a plus, since they often lose them. Guess they're totally fvcked if their accounts get hijacked. Did Customer Support offer any other way to prove that it's your account?

It's good to know, though, that if someone hijacks my account I can get it back by providing digital photos of some of the games that I actually have a physical copy of, like Half Life 2 and the Orange Box.
