Hope the new Rise of Nations widescreen game is on sale. I really want to play that again, but 20 bucks seems too much. Otherwise, not much I am interested in that I dont already have.
 
interestingly enough, I can't think of one game I want right now if it came on Steam Summer sale. Well, maybe Age of Wonders 3 if the sale is good enough ($15 or less), but it's too recent so I doubt it. Nothing else comes to mind.
 
I bought some Steam gift cards for 10% off at Target (with an additional 5% off). I'd like to think that makes any deal that much better :awe:
 
Age of Wonders 3 on sale would be great...
Maybe Age of Mythology too...
Rise of Nations look really cool so i'd grab that...

Those 3 games for 75% off would be a dream! 😛
 
Yeah, if you check your Badges section, there is already a "Mystery Badge". So looks like there will be some type of crazy card/badge action for this sale.....like others.

The Witcher series seems to always go on sale; I'd say it's a safe bet it will during the sale.


As for me, I'm sitting on about 14 booster packs I haven't opened, and am going to do the same thing I did for the last sale - sell all badge cards early for around $.80 down to $.30, and buy them all late at $.10. I'm also going to sell some foil cards I've been holding onto, since the demand seems to go up during a big sale.

As for games, think I'll pick up some DLC when the main games go on sale, but there isn't that many games I want that I do not already own.
 
I might pick up the last Skyrim DLC, still haven't picked one of them up despite them being on sale every time.

I just checked it this morning, and SP:SOT is still $60 on Steam, so 40% off would still be like $36. Still too high for me. That game should really be going for ~$30 by now, and going on sell for $20. At that price I would probably buy it.

The sale does not start today either. My point is that the base price of South Park has not come down in the last 5 months, so assuming it does not come down today or tomorrow, we would need some really great markdowns for this game to come into line with my buy price.
 
I, for the most part, skipped the past few sales. Going to get in on this effer even though I have two brand new games waiting to be played.
