Steam Sale (not daily): Section 8:Prejudice worth it?

Aside from sounding like a game that explores the perils & tribulations of low income housing, is Section 8: Prejudice any good?

While it hasn't been on the daily deals portion of Steam, it is still on sale for $9.99; not a horrible price, and Steam's last day of the sale is tomorrow, I'm not counting it to be there.

I've heard generally good things about it, but how popular is it, exactly?

I pre purchased the game, played it for a few hours for a couple of days, got bored, never touched it again.

I thought it was pretty fun but nobody plays it so not much point.

I dunno, I had some friends who are fans of Section 8, they bought Prejudice when it came out a few months back and they really enjoy it. They say there aren't many servers but I'd imagine there are still some people online.
