Steam purchasing question

Hi-
I want to buy a game on Steam, but cannot get to my home computer until after the sale for this title expires (in about an hour!). My question is, can I log into my Steam account from a different computer, make the purchase, and then download the game once I am at home? Thanks for any help!

You should be able to yes. In fact I'm pretty sure you can buy it form their website without having to have Steam installed on any pc your using.
