Where the hell does this file need to be? After the latest update (I just logged in for the first time today), whenever I try to run CS:S, I get a message that this file cannot be found (but I do know where it is, under bin etc.).
 
As is mine ><.

I hate Steam already.

Either this damned file is in other files than that or I have no idea.

EDIT-NM, got it fixed.
