Steam game library settings?

When I am logged in under library I see Installed (35). When I logout and log my son in he sees Installed (35), My Games (10), and my steam id Games (25). Is there away to make it remember when he logs in to switch to My Games (10), and when I log it for it to switch to Installed (35). Basically there is no reason for him to see all the games I have installed. Is this possible?
 
not sure if your issue is one of steam (in which case i am not sure if it can be changed without installing steam in a separate location), or if the issue is that you have enabled the sharing of games with friends/family, in which case, you would need to reject his access to hide your games.
 
Family sharing isn't enabled, so that isn't it. Does steam not save setting per steam user, or are most setting just global? I guess I could install mult. copies. Seems dumb to have to do that in 2015 though.
