Steam do I install it just by double clicking it or run as admin and install it?

Steam looks like it will install fine without complaining on my limited account in Windows 7 64 bit. I plan on install it on my other Games partition D: because that is where I install all my games. Forced to install the Steam program the same partition because you can't choose what drive or folder your games go in with Steam sadly. I just want to make sure when I go to use steam from my Games D: partition that it runs without errors. Will be installing Bioshock as well but don't think I will be able to select installing that from a admin or limited account sense it just basically downloads to your hard drive a steam game. There is never really any installation process like normal cd or dvd games you buy in the store.

I just wanted to make sure which way should I install steam so no problems start to appear? Thanks.
