There was a thread about it a month or so ago, seemed like it was mixed reviews. Plays more on emotions than most games from what others said. I think for $3 i'll bite.

It's very short, but I think its definitely worth it if you like adventure/story type games (not a ton of actual gameplay). The story is good, appealed to my sensitive side :p, I recommend it.

To the Moon is closer to an interactive story than an actual game - the gameplay is minimal and the graphics are very retro. However, the story is wonderful. I loved it, but it won't be a game for everyone. My review from the To the Moon thread:

Every once in a while, you encounter a game that is clearly Art. To the Moon is one of those games. Now, I'm not saying that games like Mass Effect (just for example) aren't art - they most certainly are. But To the Moon is a work of art stripped down to the bare bones, with the story shining through its minimalist gameplay. The last game I felt this way about was Braid, though it has more gameplay. The closest analogue I can come up with for this game is the movie "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". It's a lot different, but there are some parallels. I'm so glad I bought the version that includes the soundtrack - it's wonderful.

If you appreciate a good story and can deal with the retro graphics, To the Moon is an absolutely must-play experience.

Saw the Unreal Pack and thought, NOPE! I bought most of these games way back in the day & only a fool would pay twice. Looked across room to UT2K4 special edition tin box w/ a Hydralisk perched on top, my resolve wilted. This fool had to have this :D

I have a computer for guest who spend the night, the system also has its own steam account.

The unreal pack was bought and gifted to the guest computer; now I just need the quake pack to go on sale.

LA Noire is great, and I wish there were more games like it. It's very one-of-a-kind.
