I backed up Steam before I formatted my computer, and it created two "disk" folders, but no .exe. Do I need to burn the disks to reinstall everything, or is there a way that I can reinstall my backup without burning?

Or am I completely clueless as what to do?
 
hrrm... I had an executable when I backed up mine. Worst case scenario is you reload everything through steam... but you will lose the save games.
