I am creating a steam account for my son, and I would like to link it to my email which of course is linked to my steam account. Is this possible or does each steam account need a unique email address?

I'm not sure, but it is easy enough to create him a gmail account and just forward all messages from it to your account.

Edit: I mean yup (I brain-farted).. You can have multiple steam accounts attached to a single email address (unless they recently - within the last couple years - changed it).

Some e-mails allow alias. With Gmail, you can just throw a period in there and it is still the same address. Yahoo lets you make another e-mail address that's linked to your account.

at the very worse you can make some disposable free emails and later change your son's account to your email. i did that and have 2 steam accts using the same email.

It worked using one email address. It first asked me if I wanted to recover the account already linked to that email, but I just said no and created the new account. It worked fine. Now both my sons can play Terraria with one on my account and one on their own. Thanks for the help.
