Just noticed that the 'today only' offers on steam seem to run from 6pm one day to 6pm the next day, rather than from midnight to midnight. Is this true everywhere or does it depend on what time zone you are in?

(not that it matters, but was confused when the 'today only' offers changed while I was looking at them)

Timezone. Valve does everything PST TZ since that is where they are located. 10am PST is when they do most things (daily sale changes, start/end mid week and weekend sales)
