stealth and slk-947u

From what I hear the Vantec Stealth is not the best fan around. Personally I run an SLK900 with 92mm Panaflo M1A at 5V. This is on my XP1700 @2ghz, 1.65v. My case temps are around 28c and my cpu is about 36-37 idle. Best of all this fan is silent at 5V. I imagine the M1A at 5V puts out a bit less air than the stealth at 12V. With that said, I think you should be fine. However, you have not said what you will be cooling or estimated case temps or anything else.
