Steak Tartare

I've tried steak tartare and could never get past the mindset that it was raw meat. The texture was funny too. If you're going to do it, season it VERY well and leave off the egg, that just makes it extra slimey.

Of course, steak tartare is for wimps, real men eat pork tartare. Let us know how that turns out for you. :shocked:
