I've seen some posts about this Steadystate program from microsoft, and people have been recommending to put it on Windows 7. Every place I've looked says that Steadystate is not compatible with Windows 7. Can someone tell me if it is compatible or not?

It is not compatible, I was looking at this earlier in the year for a computer lab and was forced to look elsewhere. I ended up choosing Deep Freeze.

the best route I found is have an up to date image ready to slap on a pc if something goes wrong. We had cleanslate and found it did more harm than good. Was quicker to re-ghost than to surgically fix CS issues...
