I got a STB AGP card. The core has a little HS on it so I can't see what's the core. There are 4 RAM chips around it, which these info:
MT41LC256K32D4 LG -10
The chips are only on one side only, dunno if it is 4MB or 8MB (most likely 4MB?)
A large BIOS chip (I suppose) on the top right hand corner.
Only monitor out, no other output.
On the card it says 1997(C) STB systems, inc.

Can anyone help tell me what card is this? Thanks a million

1997, AGP, 4MB of what appears to be 100MHz RAM, makes me think it's a Riva 128 based card...STB Velocity 128?

The heatsink over the chip throws me though.....my Diamond Viper V330 didn't need a heatsink over the chip...

Andy, i also think the HS is ridiculous. It's a VERY SMALL one, but large enough to cover the words on the core. Maybe I should try the velocity 128 drivers huh?

Hmm, I tried the FCC number, but I don't know how to read it. There is a sticker saying it's FCC approved, 1X0-0620-305 (the largest printed number). I tried to search for it but no result.

Also under this number is 11/1998, does that mean this card was out in Nov 1998? The card is from a P2 system, P2 300 or 366?

That would be an STB GEFORCE2 GTS ULTRA!!!!:):):)

LOL - sorry, just couldn't help myself. AndyHui has it right, it appears to be an STB Velocity 128. They came with either 4MB or 8MB of ram.
