Stayed at a Hyatt

Last night I found a bandage on the bed (between the sheets) and I thought it was from the girl's foot whom I was staying with. She put a bandage on it earlier because her shoes were rubbing up against the back of her foot.

Anyways flash forward to this morning, she tells me "I didn't lose my bandage". Her bandage was clear and the one I found was not.

Anyways what should be done about this? I already stayed the night and they are supposed to call me later.
Like I said, I found out this morning that it wasn't hers. Really disgusting...

I don't believe that's possible. He'd have to rub it on an open wound. Furthermore, the virus needs a host to survive. I doubt the virus is still alive when it's been on the bandage for so long.
