It's a double-edged sword. On the one hand, they can get a bit overzealous, as you can see. On the other hand, at least you have some recourse against the asshole neighbor with a mobile home on cinder blocks in the front yard and only mows his lawn when mars and venus are aligned, which he determines by gazing at a giant fiberglass stonehenge monolith replica that sits on his roof.
