They are pushing racial divide, sexual divide, religious divide, political divide and other countless divides, cultural divide, economic divide and other countless divides.

But we people are still looking towards them for news!

When will we learn that the news is really propaganda?

It's narcissism. The reporters have a personal interest in these identity issues. It's also what they were taught in their good schools, and they are afraid of having to mingle with the proles and their outdated social values.

Letting them write about issues like this is kind of convenient. No one really has the energy to say no to these earnest emotional young people, so they just let them do whatever. Just so long as they don't cross certain lines.

Yes that is true but the so-called mainstream media is entirely complicit in this terrible world we live in. They entirely pick and choose stories that adhere to the program, so to speak. So basically, what most people talk about is dictated by the mainstream media. Remember, this world has 6 or 7 billion people yet most of us are talking about a few dozen news stories popularized by the media. Did these stories just come out of nowhere or are they specifically chosen? And if they are chosen, what motivates the media to choose them/

The only real news, if you can even call it that, can only come from a person who is ONLY seeking truth and nothing else. If there is any other motive, then that story will be tainted.

Since only a tiny fraction of the population are concerned about only truth, that means that most of the supposed news you see and hear will not be entirely or partially truthful.

Totally agree that instead of giving trump full coverage they should report on substantial issues like the basis of systemic racism and sexism that leads a country to elect someone like him.

Yes, the so-called schools are indoctrination camps to use a crude term. They are conditioning society to live, think, believing a certain way. Remember, parents drop their children off at schools starting at the age of 4 or so and the schools basically condition them for the next 18+ years. What they learn there will largely shape the vast majority of them since they cannot think any other way. Their entire perception will be along a certain line rather than looking at things much more broadly.

It's not even a young people thing because age is not a big differentiator. For most of them, as they age, their beliefs will grow only stronger and they will continue to feed them.

Just look at how people get their news. The right wingers get it from one particular area and the left wingers get it from another. It's very sad how such educated people can be so totally blind.

And guess what, your media and politicians really like that they are this blind.

Yes, everyone needs a cause in life. It is practically a religion at this point. And what's funny is how few people, especially the loud and obnoxious atheists, realize this.
