519 Area Code. That's western Ontario. Not far from me. Never heard of them though.

I find a lot of computer retailers around me are vary indifferent towards customer service. I've been burned by Canada Computer regarding a bad monitor. Had a fight with Mac retailer Canadian Computer (no relation to the first company) over my battery problem a couple months back.
