They will charge the hell out of your credit card!

It may seem like a good idea to use them but DON'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They will charge you month after month for a monthly fee several times in one day. Last month, I was charged twice. I thought ok, they have a glitch, it has been fixed. Yesterday I was charged 4 TIMES, glitch my ass!!!!! Almost $100 was charged, I am sending credit card dispute forms to my bank for all the charges and a lot of emails too them until they answer me.


If you don't know, they are an online game rental place. I was only going to try them for two months, now never again.

I have used them over a year and NEVER had anything like that happen, sounds to me like it might ne a good idea to give them a call, I never had any problems at all with them, Great and prompt service anytime I had a question.

You know, I could understand one double charge but FOUR, how do you overcharge FOUR times? I thought they were great until two months in a row they double charged me. Last month it was just once, this month FOUR times. I knew I had bad luck but this is ridiculous.

this is why you should get a credit card that has one-time use numbers for online purchases.

But at a time like this where you have to pay on a monthly basis, a one time use CC # would not have helped him at all. Once they could not charge the CC # they'd cancel his account or suspend it due to non-payment.

Have you called and talked with them to see what the problem is? The fact it happened 2 months in a row makes me think something is wrong in your account.

you're right, I didn't read the first post all the way thru. I thought it was a one time purchase.

Sounds like he is.

I'd cancel my card and get a new one issued.

They have refunded me the whole amount they charged. I have to say that I liked their service, they were really fast and they games were in great shape. I just want to warn people to check their credit card statements when it's that time of the month for the renewal.

I used gamefly for awhile and never had that problem. I didn't like how long it took me to get some games in my queue though. If you have netflix, I would say that it is like netflix but more expensive and everything takes longer hehe. Not worth it IMO.
