He said his "friend" had a box delivered by UPS that was not signed for. The friend claimed he hadn't gotten it, UPS sent insurance people over, and they gave him $2k. Now the "friend" wants to unload the item but he wonders if the statute of limitations has run out and whether or not he can still get in trouble if he's caught selling it.
