status bar on the bottom of IE is partially showing.

The status bar on the bottom of Internet explorer is showing about half way. I tried adjusting the V size of the monitor and that changes everything but IE. The status bars of word, excel, outlook and other programs are showing normally. And yes IE is fully maximized.

Right click on the Widnows Taskbar at the bottom and uncheck "Lock the taskbar" if it is checked. Then check "Lock the taskbar" again.
