Yes and no. Specific team stats are Sep. 3, and the stats page that lists all teams is Sep. 4. In addition, at times there are no stats only a maintenance warning page.
I'm certainly glad to know that these dnet administrators don't have to keep track of stats - LOL!!!
It does not appear to be a hardware issue, only a poorly designed database app.
Perhaps I take it too personal since database apps/administration is my career.
How can they not skip the fourth, the stats run for the sixth should start in two hours. The data for the fourth will be included in the overall stats for the fifth, but I don't imagine we will see daily stats for the fourth.
Why not remove the index in question on a backup server, to test the stats run without the index.
If they need additional hardware I can't imagine they could not secure additional hardware. There are companies that would probably be willing to trade a server for some free publicity/advertisement.
Stats withdrawal is a b!tch... LOL!!!
Update: I am probably being much too harsh on the dnet folks. They do not receive any income for their work, they perform the work in their spare time, etc...
