Statistics gurus help! What kind of stat test should I use

Using this to analyze some study data:

Two groups, A(n=60) and B(n=37). Both groups receive a treatment and among group A, 12 people respond (-20%) and in group B, 14 people respond (38%).

What test of significance should I be using and how do I use that test?
