I bought this device about 8 months ago and for teh most part has been fine. It is a IAMM ntd35. I have tried contacting the company but have gotten no replies from them. I hope someone on here might now. It plays most files fine, but sometimes out of no where it will get a really loud static noise until you either ff or rewind. It has also never happened at the exact same point in a movie twice. I have tried different hard drives, different formats, clean format. I am running out of options. Has anyone run into anything similar?
