A few weeks ago my speakers started making a background white noise that is noticeable even when music is playing on them. I have a sound blaster live! (no variants) and Altec Lansing ADA-305 speakers. If I pull the RCA jack out of the sound card the noise goes away, but any plug I put the jack in the noise comes back. Sounds like a bad connection to me, what do you guys think?
