Hi, I have a computer here that won't boot up into win Me. When you start the computer you get the winMe graphic and the login but after you log in a message saying that the statemngr program is busy and you can either wait for it to finish or close it. Chossing either option results in the computer locking up.

Any idea whats going on and what I can do to fix it?
