Just found this article on gamespot. Apparently some retailers are resorting to Ebay Seller tactics and lying about there being a censored and uncensored version to increase preorders. There's one version people, and it's uncensored.
So when you see copies of the "uncensored/banned/unedited" version on ebay, laugh at all the dumb people overpaying for them.
