Not quite sure what you are getting at here. He's a sexual predator for having answered an ad asking for sex (essentially)?

I would say that intimidating the younger male to the point that he has to call his sister to get him out is predatory.

The more I think about this the more I'm starting to agree here. If the situation were reversed and it was a woman I suppose I might be able to agree it was sexually predatory. But still it falls on the edge of the term. The young man was the one who placed the add looking for a "sugar daddy" (I'm assuming this is the gay equivalent of a rich MILF). What the representative did later I would label more as coercion and intimidation but I suppose you could see it as predatory.

This kind of shit makes me think sometimes being gay really is a "choice."
You don't think that he'd rather choose not to feel homosexual urges so persuasive that they lead him into situations like this? You don't think he'd have chosen differently if he could easily choose not to pursue homosexual encounters?

???? WTF? No the two that used sex in an attempt to shakedown someone.

Everyone is all happy now that it's a politician...the sad part is there probably have been many others that were robbed/hurt.

Not really. He's just gay. Getting married was so he could look "normal" in his political career and with his family.

How does someone that stupid get political office though(Yea, yea, I know...). He picked the worst solution at every single stage of his encounter :^S

I would guess he swings both ways. He like the ladies but on occasion likes to have his poop shoot filled. And you have to know this isn't the first time he's done this. Maybe he and his wife can start sharing.

What makes you think these people were shaking him down? It sounds to me that the rep. is claiming that to save face or make himself appear to be the victim.

If the article is accurate, it's clear to me that the state rep. was trying to pay for sex from the beginning and these two had no clue that he was a state rep until the dumbass told them. If this were a shakedown, they would've taken the $10K (an iPad, $100, and a Blackberry isn't anything to get excited about) and shut up about it.

I would have bet money it was an R before reading the article. For some reason, it's always gay scandals with them. The Ds just like to show their dicks to women.

If this were an R it would have been stated in the title... only they get that distinction. Whenever no party is listed, it's a D.

More hilarity:

Hinkle, who is 64 and was first elected in 2000, voted this spring for a constitutional gay marriage ban. Several years ago he also was the House sponsor of the measure that created Indiana’s “In God We Trust” license plates.
