You sure it isn't worse now? I never heard anything quite like this during the Bush years.

I think this is definitely much worse than the Bush years and it’s going to be a huge amount of work to fix.

As I’ve said before if Trump loses in 2020 I expect early to mid 2021 to just be filled with ‘you won’t believe this shit’ stories about both what’s happened inside the federal agencies during his administration and the state they were left in when Trump leaves. I suspect things like this report are only the tip of the iceberg.
