I still have the hulu/starz combo from last years deal. The sub ends on 11/26/25. I didn't find much to watch on starz. For $1 a month you might be able to find at least one movie a month to watch to make it worth your while. You may also be able to get the $1 or $2 a month subs again from amazon on the 8th and 9th, and around black friday.

I got in on the BF hulu/starz combo deal also. I guess I'm getting too old for this stuff. It's getting more difficult to keep up with all of the streaming packages. We still have Spectrum TV that now provides free streaming services for Disney+, Hulu Bundle / HBO Max Basic with Ads / Paramount+ Essential / Peacock Premium / ESPN Unlimited / AMC+ with Ads. Then Walmart+ has Paramount+ Essential or Peacock Premium. In addition to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Roku, Xumo, etc. Maybe I just need to go back to reading books.

Streaming is great, I love streaming. However, I've been oversubscribed to services the past few years due to BF deals. I'm too cheap to pay full freight.
I had the Hulu/D+/Starz combo until August and hardly used it. Not because there isn't content that's appealing, but there are too many services and too little viewing time. $4 per month for D+/Starz is a great value, if you actually use it.

Currently I'm down to just Peacock Premium for another month. Then, I'll evaluate BF deals (presumably D+ will be less interesting now that standalone Hulu is being terminated). My goal is to try and not oversubscribe to several streamers and just have one at a time. About 1/4 of my viewing is YouTube with ads, so there's always plenty of content. I fully expect prices to head north, and that will be an effective deterrent against subscribing to multiple services.

You must pay a pretty nickel for CATV to get the freebies from Spectrum. And I fully agree: I need to do more reading and less TV viewing!

FWIW I was pleasantly surprised to find Ballerina was streaming on hulu/starz last night.

I watched it a month or so ago. Looks like I bought it on Prime. I think it's available on Apple too, but my Apple sub is through Amazon and the only one showing up is the one I bought.
