Last I heard, it wasn't complete. (Mind you, it's exceptionally long)

IP v6 has colour and enhanced effects, but I my ISP does not support it.

Vista doesn't include Telnet (bastards).

Go to Control Panel->Programs.

Depending on your VISTA, you will find there option called "Windows features" or "Advanced ...."

Go inside these and look carefully you will find option to install telnet or switch it on.

Telnet is no longer installed by default on Vista but it's still there as an addon option.

Welcome to the Internet! I also suggest you check out the Dancing Baby, those movies that scream at the end to make you jump, news about Nigerians trying to scam money out of you, and the various pornographic web sites that can be found.
