startup screen ( how do I get rid of it???)

I have 2 mobo I want to get rid of the startup screen.
1. is a gateway picked it up used works well cel2 566 at 850 its a bx slot 1 board. I cant use it if it says gateway.
2. is an FIC AZ-11

I gave up on removing the screen from my AZ-11, so i made a cool one to replace it.

I grabbed the Duron logo (cause I am using a Duron) and altered it by adding in red letters "Overclocked to 850 MHz" across the lower half of the logo. Now, I don't mind looking at the splash screen as much.
