Startup programs for Win2k help

Hey Guys, Have a look at My Startup Programs and tell me which of these I can safely get rid of when win2k starts up, and how exactly besides just editing the registry. I know some of those are my programs (the audio HQ and mtask for example) But whats the rest of this stuff? Thanks.

You have a SB Live! video card, don't ya?

I think Ahqtb.exe is Creative's AudioHQ program that has all of those "special effects". I always disable it.

Ill try it, see if I notice any difference...but...look at all that other junk...what is it? I hardly recognize any of those, granted im trying to relate it to win98.
