Startup in Windows 2000

Like in W98se msconfig, where can you view what programs are actually starting with 2000 and can some of the also be turned off as in W98 and is it even advisable in W2K.
 
use the same program , msconmfig also works in win2k.
when you run it you get 4 errors and then are lft with general and startup tabs -the rest is history
