Startup disk to flash firmware

I'm using Win2k and I want to flash my CD burner firmware. I don't have enough floppy to create Win2k Startup (Don't laugh, this is NOT april's fool but I gave all my floppy to my friend when I move).
Can I boot from my Win2k CD to flash my CD burner firmware?
