Startup BSOD's

I started getting a 'machine check excpetion' error on sart, and usually a boot into safe mode, or sometimes a system restore would fix it. Now I seem to be getting an error with no name, it just tell me its something to do with my graphics card drivers (all the ati2(xxxx) files). Then i have to boot into safe mode and remove my graphics drivers. Sometimes it gives me a 'page fault in non faged area', error, which is also hard to fix.

When I remove all of my graphics card drivers, the BSOD's seem to go away, the errors happen with the official ati drivers and omega drivers. I get no BSODS's in windows, its just freezes sometimes when i try to start firefox or the like.

All signs seems to point to my graphics card drivers, but is this the only thing going wrong? Does anyone know how I could possibly fix my drivers, as I cant use any but the windows ones without BSOD's. The 'machine check excpetion' and 'page fault in non paged area' errors seem to point the finger at my ram, but they seem to go away when i uninstall my graphics card drivers, anyone know whats going on?

Abit x600 pro-guru graphics card
Chieftec 360w PSU
Hitachi Deskstar 7k250 SATA 80gb Hard Drive
Windows XP Pro

I've had it for about a month and a half, and for the first couple of weeks everything was fine.

I've tried using Omega drivers and numerous versions of the official ATI drivers, including the 5.5's and nothing seems to work for more than a few restarts, but the Omega drivers seem to work longer than the others.
