starting out on eBay .. tips?

So, I think in addition to selling stuff on AT I'm going to try out eBay. Aside from reading all their literature, do you guys have any tips regarding payments, what to watch out for in bidding, payment methods, scamming, etc? Any insight would be great. I'm thinking of opening up a new bank account with limited funds to use with Paypal.
 
jeez, it's a shame nobody helped you. Ok Im gonna be a nice guy this time and help you out. 🙂

1. Open paypal account that accpets credit card. It'll greatly increase your buyer base.

2. Set your starting bid reasonable low to attract more bidder. Dont worry. As long as there're at least 2 bidders, you'll get what it's worth.

3. Always put up your own pics of item if you can.

4. Ship fast, pay fast, so you'll get positive feedbacks.
