The urinal cakes are shaped like a fried egg (cake in the middle, surrounded by some sort of plastic "net" type device.)

When you throw them in the urinal, do they go sunny side up or sunny side down?
 
I don't know. But you need to petition the user "Urinal Mint" to take over his handle.
 
I tried asking a co-worker, but none of them speak English.

I think it's cake down, so it gets diluted by the water. They're putting them cake up, which doesn't seem right because the cake doesn't get "activated" unless someone urinates on the cake... and nobody urinates on the cake, right? They urinate on the back of the urinal.

Do you guy ever tip the guy that in the club bathroom?; you know the guy that hand you paper towel after you watch your hand in the bathroom.
 
I always watch my hands when I go to the bathroom so I know where my penis is aiming. But I usually don't take a paper towel until after I wash my hands.
