Good day, everyone! I work as a 3D artist. I've been a freelancer for three years and have even put together a small company of five individuals. There are no issues with freelancing clients, but the revenues are little, so we decided as a group that it was time to start our own small business and expand. The issue is that we have no prior expertise in this area. Our plan is to identify a company that can assist us in resolving these issues. Do you know of any comparable companies or, better yet, have you used any company start-up services? (in terms of assistance with paperwork, drafting terms of service and privacy policy). I'd also appreciate it if you could share your experience as well as the potential issues we'll face.

So... you started a small business but you need help in starting a small business?

Starting a small business is not challenging. You'll want a lawyer to draw up incorporation documents, figure out how the business will be owned among all five of you, and how it will be managed. I assume you're in the US so you'll need to figure out your own state laws on incorporating, or find a small business lawyer who can help you navigate it.

I'll tell you right now, that if you're starting a business and have low revenues, then the cost to get another company to start you up probably will be cost prohibitive.
