starting an online computer store

yeah, just like the topic says. Im kinda intrested in selling or reselling computer parts, but I have no clue where to look. I've heard of those merchants that you sign up for, and sell their inventory and make a profit, but never seem to find them online. Anyways, my question is, what would I need to start my own online store? And, would reselling from one of those merchants be a good idea??
