I want to start archiving viruses that I come across, and archiving them to CD.
The CD will be used to review Antivirus software (zoological benchmarks).
So if you come across a virus/worm/trojan and want to submit it to the Archive, please PM me and I will reply with my email address. The malware needs to be contained in a zip file and password protected. It would be nice to have the zip file labeled with the virus name that it contains. If you have multiple copies of the same virus you can put them in a single zip, but if they're different variants or kinds then I would like to keep them separated.
I'm sorry but I will not be sharing this Archive with anyone that isn't running a legitimate review of AV products, or developing av software (i.e. Schadenfroh can use it).
