Starting a Protein Supplement (Optimum Nutrition Whey)

I'm looking on bulknutrition.com at Optimum Nutrition Products and I see 3 different kinds of whey. They all have different nutrition information so i'm wondering which one I should buy. The MRP looks like it has all kinds of added stuff in it and it also has the most calories out of all 3. The other two seem to be the same thing pretty much with a few added vitamins in one of them. Do all of these mix with milk or what? I'm 6'1" 165 so I don't really need to put on much weight I'm just trying to build mass. Which one should I buy?

I am using the pure whey mixed in chocolate milk as a meal replacement for 2 meals a day, and I have lost fat, but still have retained my muscle mass. I was 370, and now I am down to 315. I have about 80 more lbs to loose to get down to 230-240 and that will leave me at 10% body fat.

Just don't buy the isolate... while it's much better it isn't worth the money, unless of course, money is no object...

Make sure you drink it with plenty of water (so you won't have any problems with your kidneys processing all that whey).

Lift hard and take one after your workout... and don't exceed 2-3 shakes a day (in my experience, taking 4+ shakes a day started to make my kidneys hurt once and a while -- not cool).

is that generic vs. brand non-isolate? because in general, you will never see them at the same price as isolate costs more to produce. it must be some sort of clearance..

jump on it?
