Starting a business with a couple other guys, looking for help with ToS ideas/examples

We're still in the formative stages deciding what all we want to offer, but we've got 3-4 business clients chomping at the bit. I've been looking around at different Terms of Service agreements, Service Contracts, Pricing etc, but figured I'd ask here as well for any pointers, words of wisdom, etc.

We'll be offering web design, hosting, database design, software training, hardware consultation and support, etc.

honestly, AUP & TOS is waaay down the docket of things to do when opening a business. I would focus on getting initial capital, office space, a lawyer, an accountant, you know, all those things that you actually do so that your business isn't totally half-assed. If you really are that concerned, google for "isp aup" and "isp tos" and you'll be set.
