started watching season one of the show 24

we finished the first DVD. The first four episodes were great...it was like a really long good movie.

Can't wait to pick up the rest of the series from blockbuster. I can't imagine watching this with commercials though!

It can get addicting. I've watached the first two seasons pretty quickly (maybe over 7-8 days). Been holding off on starting season 3 until I take some vacation time

It is like a really long movie. It's a great movie, at that. :thumbsup: Season 2 is even better. Season 3 is worse than Season 1, but it's still a pretty good show compared to the rest of what's on TV. Season 4 was probably between Season 1 and Season 2, for me.

Season one is good, though with filler here and there.

If you like 24 you might also try renting MI-5 from the BBC, it's about British domestic intelligence including counter-terrorism, and most 1-hour episodes are complete self-contained stories.

Seasons 1 and 2 were great! DVD is the only way to watch these. No commercials = :thumbsup:

Seriously. I started watching this with my family...we finished entire season 1 in one weekend. I don't understand how people can watch this on television with commercials and waiting a week for another episode!

I think there were some parts that were dragged out though, mainly due to Elisha Cuthbert's stupidity.

2) Season 4
3) Season 2
4) Season 3

Who knows about Season 5.....not really sure what they can do with it now. If you watched the end of Season 4, you'll know what I mean.
