maybe your shoes are wrong.
A good runner's shoe place might be able to diagnose any special shoe accomodations that'd help you.
Not a mall store, but a good hardcore runner's shoe place.
There's one in my area that's excellent, which doesn't help you, but triggers the thought that maybe you could find a similar place.
Edit: and maybe you're running on a road that has enough of a subtle arch (side-to-side) that it throws your hips into unevenness. How about trying a different place to run, on level grass, or a good soft rubberized track?
