Is it just me, or does he have the most idiosyncranic writing style evar? I thought aquinas was bad, I swear, nietzche is worse...I can't read more than 20 pages before my head hurts.
 
20 pages... that's pretty good. I'm usually stuck on paragraphs. :shocked:

Plus it's translated, that doesn't help either. Unless you're reading the german version, then I'd be *really* impressed.

nah...its translated, but its the modern library classic version, which is at least 50 years old. If were actually for a class or something, i'd just get the cliff notes.
 
got the same feeling, read about 1/3 of the use and abuse of history and wow, I still dont know the hell he was on about
