Started noticing suspicious computer-to-computer wifi

I noticed this while I was travelling, and it's weird because now I see this when I'm at home as well. Seems like too much of a coincidence that I saw this in Boston, and now see it when I'm at home. Could this be some kind of malware? Or virus?
